Registration fees

Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, not including 24% Greek VAT for in-person participants and 22% Italian VAT for online participants.

Please be aware

Depending on the Greek COVID-19 rulings applicable during the 31st ESH Annual Meeting (June 17-20, 2022 in Athens), the congress might have to implement a limit on the number of in-person participants. In case the number of participants allowed in the venue is limited by these rulings the registrations will be handled by a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis.

In-person participants above the maximum number will be informed as soon as possible. Their registration will be transferred into an online registration and the difference between the fee will be refunded.


Health and safety onsite

Please be aware that the congress venue may apply measures inside the building and entry checks such as temperature, proof of vaccination or negative PCR test etc. aimed at minimising coronavirus transmission risks. The venue can deny access to participants at its discretion.


Confirmation

At the end of the registration process online, a preliminary confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
Once the payment has been received, the invoice will be issued as final confirmation of your registration.

Participation letter with barcode/credentials will be sent few days before the congress.

Registration fees are in euros (EUR), not including 24% Greek VAT for in-person participants and 22% Italian VAT for online participants
Payments must be made in euros, by credit card or bank transfer (no cash payments are accepted).
All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).

Please note:
– All transfer charges must be prepaid by the transmitter.

– Personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques will not be accepted.
– In case the deadline for registration at early fee has passed before payment of a registration is received, the higher registration fee shall automatically apply.


In case your plans change….

Change your registration from in-person to online or vice versa (within April 8th, 2022).

If you change from in-person to online the difference will be refunded at no extra charge
If you change from online to in-person all you must pay is the difference between what you have already paid and the new fee, with no extra charge. In this case, the new regitration type will be confirmed according to the seats availability, which will follow the Covid-19 guidelines.


Cancellations and revision of registration type from in-person to online attendance and vice versa

In the event of cancellation or revision to another registration type, written notification must be sent by e-mail, within April 8th

The following policy will apply:

  • Cancellation received within the deadline: refund of the paid fee minus 30% as administrative fee.
  • Revision of registration type received within the deadline: no administrative fee will be charged. The difference between the paid fee and the then applicable registration fee, must be either refunded or due by the participant depending on the change.
  • Cancellation or revision of registration type received after the deadline: no refund will be made for cancellation or changes from in-person to online fee.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.


Name changes

FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS  AND SMALL GROUPS LESS TO 10 PEOPLE ONLY
After April 28th, 2022 name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 150,00 (VAT not included) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.


Group Registration

Group Registration is considered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals, and the official Group registration form is used.

The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by March 28th, 2022, even without participants’ list.

Complete list of participants must be inserted in internet within April 28th, 2022. After this date, the difference between early and onsite registration fees must be paid for all the names not included.

All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.

Last Deadline to send the names of all participants is May 17th, 2022.

After this date, registration can be made individually at the NEW Registrations Desk on-site.

NAME CHANGE: After April 28th, 2022 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 150,00 (VAT not included) per name change.
